Has anyone had mansion exchange bets disappear?

I am not accusing them of anything but I have a missing bet on my hands. I bet 515-500 on Pittsburgh yesterday about this time. When I checked my acount today, there was no record of this bet.

Either I set-up the bet and messed up and never confirmed it or they lost my transaction somehow. I really think I did place the bet properly, but there is no record of it now.

Hey Mr Smith,

Not sure if you did what I did but prior to the exchange upgrade I had it configured so that I didn't have to go to the yes/no confirmation screen ... well when they upgraded it seems to have lost my preferences. I had one bet that I never confirmed and therefore never placed and then one that I lucky noticed later and was able to confirm.

Thanks god the line service software I use takes screen shots

Funny thing is I have a screen shot of one of the missed bets where it is sitting on the confirm screen arrgghhhh! ended up losing money on that one!

Did you every actually check your open bets to see if it was in there? Always a good idea, then you would know for sure.. Also it can easily confirm a lesser amount with the exchange so always check your bet!

A couple of months ago I placed a bet on the Mansion exchange where there was a line move as I was confirming the bet, so the bet showed up at the top but wasn't actually confirmed as I verified in the pending wagers. It was just listed as an offer to be taken. I suspect that this is what may have happened to you.

Further to your Exchange bet query, we have been informed by our Exchange manager you did place an offer on the St. Louis Cardinals v Pittsburgh Pirates game. As this offer remained unmatched by the start of the game, it was removed from your account.

This is not good. They have some software problems. They had 36,000 available on Pittsburgh -103. I put in a wager for 500 of it and it went thru as an offer somehow? :icon_conf
