Dubose has been tough since returning to starter form. Like him against the lefties in the A's lineup. A's going with Kennedy for a spot start, having been used in the pen by the A's thus far. Like the O's to come through in this spot.
Arizona/Philadelphia under 9.
Two decent pitchers with similar stats for the year. Two good ERA's. Hitter's ballpark, but I think Webb keeps the Phil's on the ground with his sinker. Ump 8-20 for the unders this year, high percentage of strikes called. Like it.
Cleveland/Toronto under 9 +110.
Couldn't resist this one. Millwood is prone to keeping the other team in check and not getting any run support himself (not the case last game though). Downs has pitched well lately.
Dodgers +163 over the Astro's.
Value play. It's worth a shot. Dodger's at home, Oswalt hasn't been as sharp lately as he usually is. Astro's don't have particularly fearsome hitting, but of course I realize neither do the Dodgers.
