What the Heck is CAnBet pulling?

I made a deposit of $20 which got me a $20 free roll in their casino and a $30 futures bet. I bet the Jets at 10-1 to win the AFC Championship. Now they don't recognize the bet after they changed their format at their site. This is complete BS. I KNOW I made the bet about 2 monthes ago. All of a sudden they don't recognize the bet. It's been there before they changed their format!

Have you tried to contact Canbet and ask where the bet it?

...and you didn't copy the confirmation which includes the betting ticket number, making it easy for Canbet to locate the missing bet?

Did you try logging into their old version screen(it gives you the option on their homepage). I found my balances differ when I view their new screen compared to their old screen. IMO the old screen is much better.
