Last night me and a bunch of friends were at Club Pangea, at the Hard Rock, which is the new "hot spot" here in South Florida. We are sitting at our table when we see Ricky Williams and Chris Chambers walk through the club. I spoke to Ricky for a while. Ricky was an extremely nice guy. He was taking pictures with many people who were there and speaking with many. I spoke to him for a solid 5-10 minutes. He was very shy, just as he appears in all interviews and press conferences. However, he was very kind and was the most humble "famous person" I have ever met. At one point, someone at the club, who was drunk off his ass, started screaming all kinds of crazy things to Ricky. When I tried to seperate the two, Ricky told me that it was "OK" and "Don't worry about this guy, he is funny." So to make a long story short, just wanted to let everyone know that Ricky was a real nice guy. Although I am not a real big Dolphins fan, I hope he has a great season:103631605

Did he appear to be back to his normal playing weight?

He looks thinner still from what I can tell?

He did appear smaller than he used to be. Looked a lot thinner and not as bulky.

:smoker2: Did you happen to burn a blunt with him??

Nope. But it was offered to him, as well as drinks. He declined both.

That reminds me of a similar incident. About 4 yrs ago on a Sat, I met Miami HC Wanny outside an Indianapolis hotel where the Dolphins were staying before a game vs the Colts. He was really nice and signed items and took pics with anyone who asked. It was at night and he was smokin what I took as a Cuban(cigar). He also kept looking at me as he though he knew me. I am big person, so maybe he thought I was breaking curfew? There appeared to be a player next to him, but noone cared to ask. We had been toasting all day to anything that breathed or grew or died, whatever. Maybe nice guys do finish last in the NFL? :toast:

What up Creaker? Ricky did seem like a good guy, probably just very misunderstood. Hope all is well with you.
