Approx. 2 1/2 weeks ago I bid on an item that cost approx. $30.00 and won. After winning, the seller send me and message, email stating that he's unable to ship outside of the U.S. I told him that I would pay for the shipment, and he declined. Note, during the bidding, I asked the seller to please give me a total shipment price outside the U.S. and he did. I was happy with the price. Now approx. 2 1/2 weeks later, the seller writes and wants his money. What in the world is wrong with this seller. Crazy or what.
