I know Heritage is new to the RX from an adversitment standpoint. I have used Heritage for the past 5 monhts, although after this past weekend, I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

First, let me give credit, where credit is due. I have never had a payout problem. There lines are solid and overall my experience was a good one.

About 4 years ago, Heritage sent me a nice XMAS basket. It was very cool, but unfortuntely it caused problems for me at home. Yes, I understand this is my problem, but my wife isn't keen on the whole gambling.

Anyway, I called and spoke with Josh (no longer there). I said thank you, however I explained my situation and the promised to delete my information.

Well about 6 months later, I was getting emails, mailing adverstisements, etc. I again called. I spoke with Jimmy at that time and he apologized and assured me this would never happen.

Every year I continue to get "Bonus Play" scratchers. Well, finally I had it. I call Rich. I admit, I was an ass, but I was tired of going through this hassle at home. He apologized AGAIN AND ASSURED ME. I pratically was begging for no contact. No phone calls, no emails, no mail. NO CONTACT!

Well on Saturday, Leon from Heritage called my 6 times without ever leaving me a message. The first time he called he asked for the wrong person. He then called me 6 times in 12 minutes until I finally picked up.

He was calling me to tell me there was an issue with my payout and they would using a different method.

I applaud them for the customer service, but how many times do I have to ask for NO CONTACT!

I then spoke with Rich again. This guy is a complete moron. He never apologized until I had to ask him, he only offered me a Bonus Play. These books think they can buy everyone. I wasn't interested in the Bonus Play.

Finally I spoke with Raul through email. Raul is a first class guy, but he insulting me with a Bonus Play offer.

I will never use Heritage again and I would NOT recommend to others. They are solid, however they still have a long ways to come to up their with Pinnacle, WSEX, Bowmans and 5 dimes!

It's time that these books realize that we don't need them, they need us! There are way too many books out there.

they should have stopped , but those arent issues that would change my mind..

I feel for you but I would love the attention. ie. making sure payout when smooth, I also got the 40% scratch ticket from them.

Lucky 21 - unfortunately we are guilty as charged and we are embarrassed as tears to say so. I know we had this problem with you before and we thought we went to the necessary lengths to protect your privacy. Your personal phone number appears no where on your account. This year we have experienced a tremendous amount of growth and the clerk who handled your withdrawal is new (and conscientious). He got your phone number from the caller ID and wanted you to know we had to use another method to send you your money. You have been a very valued client of ours (and it says so in your account) he was just concerned you would be put through unnecessary trouble with your withdrawal. Again we apologize to you publicly. We did in fact credit you with a large Bonus Play and we also apologize if this offended you. We sure didn't mean to do that. We knew we had let you down and this was the only gesture we thought really meaningful.

Extremely classy of Heritage to give the big Bonus Play and apologize.


..but to avoid this I give no book my phone number...sorry never will ever and have never had one call me....If you use neteller 100% IMO they do not need your phone number...


but I guess many still use WU so they may then

In the UK I dial 141<number> which blocks it from Caller ID's, do you have a similar system over there?

No offense Lucky...but it sounds like you must be down to them pretty good lifetime for them to give you that kind of attention. Books can't afford to let some players go and will do ANYTHING to keep them even if that means doing too much sometimes.

Suggestions for heritage site

It has being two weeks sinces Heritage updated their site, but since then, the only page with a home link is the front page, so, if after a few clicks you want to bet online, you don't have a link to any login page, cause the only login is in the front page, plus, the biggest animation on earth, at heritage front page, has had a gramatical error since day one (two weeks ago)

Wow, on your account it says, "very valued client". How much are you down to these people? Good riddance to Heritage.

Lucky21, I am glad you have had experiences with genuine real sportsbooks like, Pinnacle...WSEX...Bowmans...5 Dimes. Good luck.

come on now, I havent changed the way I post at all, & that is low... I would have made a comment wether MOD or not....

i was simply commenting on why make the guy Feel bad or Feel like a loser, when he is already irritated & pissed off?

i like heritage. looks like they dropped the ball here but, i think still a good book. been with them forever and will continue to play there.

I'm glad you can posts facts...that is all I was doing as well. You don't see books calling winners over and over and marking their accounts as a "very valued client".

Posting facts is a lot of fun...and the best part is, you never need anyone's approval for that.

Well, truth be told I am down with Heritage. I have had many good runs there but overall I am down, but that doesn't mean I am down with every other book.
