A lot of people would say that Burnett at +$$$ is a bargain too. Especially after the Marlins took an ass-whooping yesterday. But I definitely see your point on Carpenter, normally you have to lay -200 or more to get action on the Cards with him starting. I'm on the Marlins though, which might be all the more reason to take the Cards!:drink:
Burnett has some filthy stuff, and you've gotta figure Carpenter is due for a shelacking one of these days...but I'd still much rather bet the Cards than the Marlins. Carpenter has been unreal this season and is just a great pitcher. Burnett also got lit up a little bit his last time out. It'd probably be worth a unit at best, though...I'm personally staying away from it, but I'll def. be rooting for the Cards(Nats gotta claw their way back to the top of the wild card race), so good luck bro.

Thanks, brother. I took the better team, but I also took them because they are my team. Can't really take any credit, other than realizing that fading Carpenter is a recipe for disaster. I'm smelling a World Series title!
