Dear Klowinn - I wasn't aware we didn't answer our emails in a timely manner. We aren't a 24 hour store so an email at night wouldn't be answered until the next day but other than that I would have hoped we were quite prompt with our responses. In any event let me give you 3 emails to send to:

Rich@HeritageSports.com - That's me - I'm the Customer Service Dept's Supervisor
Raul@HeritageSports.com - he is one of our Assistant Supervisors
Roxana@HeritageSports.com - she is our other Assistant Supervisor

You should get a rapid response by emailing any of these 3. Make sure you cc CustomerService@HeritageSports.com in case one of them is off for the day.

I am ever so Frustrated by my first experience with HERITAGE aswell.... only Slightly....

you see I am busy at the office, so I didnt have time to SHOP for lines today, so I decided to place all my bets through my NEWLY OPENED heritage account.....

Later when I logged into my account to check my wagers, I noticed that I was not being dealt a 'TRUE' Dime Line....

rather it broke at -140 to a 15 cent line......

I called cx service & they fixed the problem immeditly, but I did get slightly 'shylocked' on a few bets tonite....

Nonetheless, I am THRILLED with a 30% Bonus & sa far I am very happy with the Book.....

will report more futher:

moral of the story:
make sure you are on the dime line before you start placing wagers....

wow, that goes above & beyond anything that I ever expected!!!!

like I said, it was MOSTLY my fault for not checking first, as soon as I mentioned this to the CLERK she fixed it....

If I had called before I had bet, I am sure she would have fixed it right away & it would have been no problem at all....

(The only reason I didnt check/call before I placed the bets, is becauz, I was RUSHED at the office & busy... so I failed to notice at the time that it was not a 'TRUE' dime Line).....

Anyway, Any bookie that is willing to communicate with the forum & help us out & make changes.... gets my business & support.....

I don't have an account at Heritage and never have, so please don't call me a shill for them. Twice, (in this forum), I've seen them personally answer customer problems and take action to resolve these situations. Yes, they've made mistakes. But it seems to me that to publicly apologize and correct their errors in the customers favor, along with a Bonus Play, deserves some credit. I, for one, applaud them.
