I may be moving from Virginia to Maryland and I understand that Neteller does not do business with Maryland residents. Does anyone know if there are similar problems in Maryland with Firepay, Moneybookers, etc.

Don't change your mailing address on the out of state bank. Does netteller know/care where you are logging on?
