What is the best free site for TRENDS on games in ncaa/nfl

thanks....im looking for a site that goes back on teams 2 or 3 seasons and has trends...

For a magazine, I prefer MARK LAWRENCES PLAYBOOK for both NFL and NCAA football.

Invaluable resource for me the past 10+ years.
