I think the Yanks will win the East..Boston's pitching will not hold up. At least the Yanks have stablized their rotation and pen which makes them, imo, favs over the sox.

Looks like they are going to take over first in the east. Wouldn't be surprised to see the Red Sox fighting for a playoff spot.

Fishhead:

You should have taken the +120. You said it was a 50/50 prop at the time, so i offered you +120 and you said it wasn't enough? You are a super sharp guy and if you think something is a 50/50 prop and someone offers you +120 you should take it. That gives you quite a bit of advantage on your 50/50 bet.

Yanks pitching better than Bostons !

As much as the Yankee pitching staff has been critized, their pitching is better than Boston's. Boston era is 4.87 while the Yankee staff is 4.49 era. Also the Yankee staff is far better than the Yankeee team that won 101 games last year.
Last year's Yankee era was 4.69

Apparently you haven't paid any intention to my previous Posts. I have been saying for months now that the Yankee pitching staff wasn't any worse than last year. I have consistently said the Yankee problem had been their offense and poor defense. Now their offense if getting on track and their defense is better but still a problem IMO. Pay attention ! :lolBIG:

Hitman-- I didn't say they were 50-50..........I said they were just a tad over 50-50 of making the playoffs.

There pitching was worse for most of the season. Its only been better since they made all of these changes with latest additions.

EXACTLY

The addition of Chacon and Small to the rotation helped a lot - and now the addition of Leiter looks good too.

The did not win a game when they scored 3 runs or less for a few months.
