I check covers.com or the sports stat sites I have in my fav folder for breakdowns on the games then see where the live lines are at ..

I also log into the RX and check the capper forums :digit:

I like to check the lines at about 10 different shops, especially the ones that are "public" sites. Like to see what the squares are betting so I can do the opposite. Then I'll type up a report on games to bet at our site. I then enter all my contests and then bet the games that I haven't bet on Friday at -105 juice.
