Afternoon guys....Hope u were aboard yesterday, as we had a "rare" complete sweep of the mlb board of plays, and went 5-0, for +9.68 units......Was nice to keep the winning streak going, and to keep building to a new season high....We are quite close now, hoping to put it over the top this weekend......People tend to start to lose interest in bases, when football starts, so i will try and keep putting some winning days up for us.....But i must admit, i love football too....

Good luck today, lets get 'em.......

Cubs (-108)..........2 units

Cincy/ATL over 8.5 (-116)...2 units

Milwaukee (-129)........2 units

Milwaukee -1.5 (+168)......1 unit

STL/HOU under 8.5 (+109)....2 units

Tampa Bay (+134)......2 units

Detroit (+170).......1 unit

Minnesota (+105).....2 units

Anaheim (-142)........3 units (fav play)

Anaheim -1.5 (+150).....1 unit

i lean to the Cubs, too - but i heard lee and/or burnitz might not play today. the latter isn't as big as the former. w/o lee my enthusiasm for the cubs dampens somewhat although in his career Maddux has made the Pirates his personal "beeeotch"

Good luck and congratulations yesterday. I am with you on every pick but the Minnesota Twins. One of the best times of year to bet on bases.

Just wondering if you had any cfb plays tonight?

AFter yesterday's 1-2 performance, i doubted anyone wanted to see my ncaa picks for today....however, since u asked, i do LOVE the HOOSIERS (-7) tonight....

We have a young team, but some talent, and a good coach finally, to aid the talent....Once the big 10 rolls around, it will be rough, but the Hoosiers usually play well in the "pre conference" schedule, even during these bad years....upsetting Oregon last year, and usually beating their lesser talented opponents, fairly handily......Look for a nice performance tonight, and a 17-20 point victroy by Indiana....

Yup, thanks to Joe Borowski for not only giving up the tying run, but with 2 outs and 2 strikes on hitter, he made sure the go ahead run scores from third by throwing a wild pitch....

0-1 so far....

Another screw job on the under in the St. Louis game. Blown save in the bottom of the 9th and then a blown save in the bottom of the 10th. 4-4:finger:

I'm calling Pinnacle and demand that the St. Louis Under be graded a win. What a crock of horseshit.

yeah, thats about as bad as it gets.....

3-2 going into btm 9th, u figure even with blown save, u might get 4-3, or even a big bomb makes it 5-3, and its still a winner, but they do everything just right to get more runs.....they tie it up 3-3, then stl scores, then houston ties it up 4-4...

That might be one of the top 3 bad beats i've had this year....

That was ugly....
