Somone please explaing to me why these books have to dick around with their sites just before the largest season they have? Bodog....Canbet...and CRIS can all take a shit in the ocean as far as I'm concerned.
They've all had problems in one way or another and it's just nonsense. Don't they use actual bettors to test out their new product BEFORE they put it online? Of course NOT, that would be like someone actually using their heads. I guess BOdog has been the best so far. At Canbet, I got a free $30 wager the first time I opened an account there. I made my bet on the Jets to win the AFC at 10-1. The bet showed up in my pending bets until they changed the site. It then disappeared in cyberspace. I asked them about my bet, and they said there was NONE, but the money was there to place it again. I kept trying it to place it again, but it said I didn't have the funds available. Now here comes the biggest joke. I mentioned it to them again yesterday evening. They said the money was there and I had 4 hours to place the bet or lose it when the new site became permanent. I went to the old site to place the bet under their Bonus Bets column....only to find out...THERE WERE NONE THERE TO BET!
I tried to get through to them both by phone and Live Chat to no avail! I sure hope they correct this problem. Now I made another deposit with them and I get a $20 Bonus Bet.

Its amazing how inept most books are with regard to site upgrades. They give the impression they hired a 21 year old nerd fresh from college and said " here is a 6 week contract to dick about with our site" then left him to it.
No user acceptance testing, often no thought about the correct timing of putting in the upgrade. Some of the so-called improvements seem to take no account of whether the average customer will regard them as an improvement, though no doubt the gee-whiz tecchie who thought them up thinks they are wonderful.
