Overall, having a single game night usually results in regret one way or the other - betting it and losing it when you could have waited a couple of days for more games, or not betting it and missing out on a winner. Granted this can happen with any one game, but it seems to magnify itself more when it is the only game on the board in one night.
I prefer having at least a few games going on. It's especially good when comparing lines - i.e., this game should have a higher total than that game, this line should be more than that one etc.
