Unless one of these pitchers has an off day from their recent trends, this play should go under the 7 today. Felix has not allowed more than 3 runs in an outing yet, mostly 2 runs or less. & Joe Blanton's august is simply nasty. This guy has his A-game steamrolling.
So far, playing Felix Hernandez games under the total have been successful for me because he keeps getting matched up against good pitchers. I finally got to see Felix play against the Yanks on TV last Wednesday. He has amazing composure for a 19 year old. He gave up 2 solo bombs the whole game. Both times he gave them up, he continued to throw strikes & get the next critical out, instead of letting the game get away from him. It was very impressive!
Combine this with Joe Blanton's recent play, this looks like a great under opportunity.
Oakland is also a pitcher friendly park.
