WWTS is the worst. BETCRIS use to be the best now they are close to the bottem. The best I have ever used is BETONSPORTS. Even though I do not play with them anymore there site was outstanding.

I like Bet365, Canbet, etc.

If I can add. I remember when WWTS had a download software version for sports wagering. This was the worst, it was approx. 10 years ago.

This is comical. I just checked out ESBs site just for the hell of it. They copy and pasted Olympics website to theres to make them look legit.:lolBIG:

WSEX is one of the better ones. Carib and Intertops are pretty bad.

Wsex, Olympic, & Las Palmas for quick last minute odds. Pinnacle is my favorite book but they change their odds so much more than once I couldn't get a bet in at the last minute & suffered because of it.

A few that I have experience with:

WSEX is the best IMO. Their software eats so little data that if they were in Africa they'd be getting humanitarian aid.

Skybook/IIS is very good in that they leave the lines up very late, sometimes up to 2 min. after the start of the game.

Oly, Hollywood and CRIS have been quite reliable over the years for me.

Pinnacle is sychronized to the atomic clock which makes them reliable but when the lines are moving fast it's almost impossible to get a bet in because it keeps getting rejected.

WWTS gobbles a lot of data and sometimes has processing delays at crunch times.

5dimes has some serious delay issues at crunch times ... sometimes the software won't even load.

WSEX is great, except for the fact you can't enter an amount for a straight wager....you have to use the drop down menu. Still awesome software though.

Not a fan of the software at 5Dimes. I hate intertops' software. Royal is too slow at times. Agree on WWTS as well.

The fact that it doesn't require you to CONFIRM means that it is easy to make a mistake and not get a chance to double check it.

I made a mistake and I know it was my fault but I ended up playing $100 more than I wanted to. I caught the mistake after it was accepted and had to pay an extra $10 to make a play the other way for $100.

I like Pinny the best. How can anyone not like the dynamic lines? It would be no different than WSEX (with the added benefit of being able to make multiple plays and wagers for something like $150) if they didn't have a confirmation screen.

You should have called them. I am sure they would have cancelled it.

Definitely not automatic, while some books may give you a break many will not even if the line has not changed.

I know, but I have seen multiple threads over the years where people called them and it was no problem. It's called customer service, something not everyone has picked up on.

No argument from me on that one. Incredible the level of customer service some books get away with offering.

Maybe they've fixed it in the last couple of years, but if you were anywhere near crunch time at Las Palmas, you better just pick up the phone-because you aren't getting into the web site. To their credit, they were aware of it & left games up for a minute or two after kickoff to minimize the # of people who got shut out.

I actually like this aspect since it's one less step in the process. Plus, it reduces the window of time in which the line might change (for example, 2nd half betting when lines change rapidly). However, I can certainly see your side. As in the timezone thread, this is another example of how user-configurable preferences would be a nice feature. In this case, an option to enable/disable confirmation prompts would suffice.
