This weekend, the game is scheduled to be played in Baton Rouge. Currently, LSU is anywhere from a - 6.5 to - 7 point favorite.

In Baton Rouge, at 4:30 p.m. today, LSU will be holding a press conference as to whether or not the game will be played in Baton Rouge. Other choices include Shreveport, LA., or Tempe, AZ.

Check with your sportsbook about the change in venue rule, but this could be a great opportunity for a middle, if the game is moved.

Just a heads up.

Still not official, as we still have 25 minutes to go before the press conference, but word in Baton Rouge is the game will be moved to Tempe.

I just played ASU + 7 - 115. When the game is moved to Tempe, I will take LSU minus the points, or even a small dog.

LSU will not be a small dog no matter where they play. You may get a 2.5 point middle if your lucky which is not bad but will not cross over any key numbers. LSU will close at about -4.5

There's no way they can play in BR. The town is so overwhelmed right now, the mayor is franticly begging for $10 Bil from the fed gov't to help them cope with the massive influx of people-many of which they expect to remain in BR permanently.

I disagree. Take LSU away from Tiger Stadium and I believe you will have LSU - 1, - 1.5 or - 2 point favorite, possibly even a small dog, depending on which way the money pours in after the new line is posted.

Either way, it could be a good middle opportunity.

Yep, it's horrible here in Baton Rouge. Gas lines. Traffic problems. Crime is up. Phone lines down. Apartments completely rented out. Real estate out the wazoo. Plus, too many refugees on the campus of LSU.

Game is not going to take place in BR. Tempe from what I hear.

That's why I wanted to make sure everyone knew about this possible line movement before it took place.

Supposedly, WBRZ TV in Baton Rouge just reported game to be moved to Tempe.

I have NOT been able to confirm this as of right now.

More to come.

Are you telling me that home field is worth 7 points? I dont see how LSU can go from -7 to even money.

I'm saying LSU's home field is worth 6 points at a minimum, especially with the expecations they have this year. LSU has only lost, if memory serves me correctly, 1 game at home in the last 2 years.

This is off the top of my head and I have been known to make a mistake once or twice. First marriage, next ...

You are correct they lost to Flordia 19-7 2 years ago. What I am saying is if the game was at ASU from the start LSU would have been a 4.5 point fav. This will be the closing line. Im almost positive this will be the line you see.

We'll see. I believe if LSU is any less than a 3 point away favorite, I think I have a good opportunity to middle the game.

LSU better bring that effort they had at Tuscon in '03, this will be a tough spot without a warmup, now that the Sun Devils have had actually had one.

I would think that the sharps will clip anything 4 or higher..taking ASU.

With Koetter's opening effort and Miles' Offensve mindset now at LSU, another TD makes sense in setting the number..I lean Under at a number of 54.5.

LSU's defense is LOADED, probably one of the best in the country. LSU's offense is LOADED, but underachieved last year. If they get good quarterback consistency this year, LSU can beat ANY team in the nation, regardless of where the game is played.

I would lean to the UNDER myself in this game, but you never know.

CRIS, Skybook and Olympic just dropped the line to LSU - 6.5.

Word is starting to get out.

Pinnacle rule #3

Unless noted before a contest, all contests must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site to have action.

I doubt they allow zona st +7 or more wagers to be honored. Suprised line is still posted for this game.

That's why I stated earlier rules may vary. My sportsbook makes no mention of change of venue.

CRIS - LSU - 6

Grande - LSU - 6.5

ABC/JAZZ - LSU - 6

Hollywood - LSU - 6.5

WWTS - LSU - 6

All lighting up right now.
