I wagered that the first field boal in the game would be wide right. I did not copy down the wording you used for this prop but I noticed that if the first field goal was SHORT you had no allowances for that.

My wager was graded as a loss since the second field goal was wide left. My wager should be graded as no action. My wager was on the first field goal which was not wide right or left, was not tipped. It was short. Wide left or right bettors should both get pushes.

my wager was on the first field goal, not the second. you said the first field goal would have to sail left or right of the goalposts for action. If it didnt, the bet would carry over to the second field goal unless the first field goal was tipped.

no mention of what would happen if the first kick was simply short was ever made. I noticed in my Olympic account this wager ( I wagered wide right +110) was graded as a loss tonight.

The first field goal was not wide right. It was not wide left. The criterea for it carrying over to the second kick ( It would have to be tipped) was not met. This bet should be NO ACTION.

I have had an account at Olympic for a very long time. I trust your sportsbook completely. I beleive , after review of this unusual situation, you will do the right thing.

oh sorry, for anyone else keeping score at home, my first post did not specify the situation.

the prop bet at Olympic was whether the first MISSED field goal would be wide left or wide right. I wagered on wide right. The first kick was short of the goalposts, but not wide left or right. There was a clause in the prop if the first kick was tipped it would carry over to the second kick. The first kick was not tipped, wide left or wide right.

It was short. My bet should be no action.

regards,
Mr. Smith

I think when they say tipped, they meant "short". But it is not clear.

It should be no action.

Olympic has now changed my bet to no action. Thanks Olympic. I think we can all agree this was an odd situation and the no action is right. in one of their e-mails they sent me the wording of the prop.... here it is

"If 1st miss hits either upright or crossbar, wager has no action. If 1st FG
attempt is blocked or tipped, 2nd attempt etc. becomes wager. Kick has to be
on the fly pass either left or right upright for action. Max wager is $500".

the first kick was about a 46 yarder by Miami. It was dead on straight but simply fell short. It wasnt tipped or blocked. Glad Olympic agrees with me my bet died there.
