Why cant all sportsbooks use the same time function?

Im so pissed off about going to one sportsbook that uses pacfic time. Then you go to the next site which uses eastern standard time. Then you go go another with millatary time.

CAN ALL SPORTSBOOKS PLEASE GET ON THE SAME PAGE!!!!!!!!!!

A simple solution is to allow users to specify the timezone as part of their user settings. A few books allow this. Of course, this would require logging in when checking lines.
