Sam, You don't even know how true that is! The war was quagmire,economy was in the tank,know one working,lost more jobs than any President since Hoover,gas going through the roof,crime running rampant in area's,and all he did was roll with the punches and grab 52% and mosey right back to the Oval office! Show's you really how comfy the US is with leadership from the left and that's a fact!

In retrospect, it does in fact seem amazing that Bush and Kerry were our choices for the most powerful position in the world.

TRW, the war was a failure and the economy is in the tank. But just stay confident son, Bush will be out of office soon enough.


You just have to be confident and tell yourself, good leadership is on the way. It may take time though. Be patient.

No doubt about it, Kerry was a terrible candidate. And he still almost won. Bush should have been defeated swiftly and soundly.

I agree D2 under the circumstances but with whom???? That's our point with whom????

This is simplistic and in hindsight: In 2004 any popular elected Dem from a red state (he would automatically be a moderate) would have done better than Kerry, even Edwards at the top would have been better.
