Although having the NETeller card is a great convenience especially when you need cash fast, even on Holidays, you have to mention the other charges. First there is the $2 withdrawal fee. Next they charge you .75c for each debit transaction, so each time you charge your gas or groceries there is .75c subtracted from your balance. If you want to take out money from your ATM, there is a $1.25 by NETeller, plus another charge by the ATM company. The other problem I have found is that if you want a chunk out of the ATM, it's hard to find one that will give you more than $500.
What I've been doing, is going to the grocery store and asking for cash back. Depending on the store, they might give you up to $300 and the charge is only .75c like a normal purchase. You can keep on doing this at different stores and only incur a .75c charge for each withdrawal. So to get $900 out it would cost you $2.25 instead of maybe $2.50-$2.75 for each $300 at an ATM.
