I have a problem with the way you guys calculate figures for bonuses.

Say I have deposted about $10 about 5 times for a total deposit of $50

I turned the last deposit of $10 into $45 and cashed out.

So I have lost $5 with you, right?

I called Skybook the other day and they said that I am not bonus eligible UNTIL I make up that $45 - regardless if I am still losing $5.

That makes no sense. Shouldn't you be checking to see if a person is OVERALL down or not?

Each company has their own policies for awarding bonuses.

Give me a call, or shoot me an email, and I will be more than glad to assist you with this inquiry. My email address is mike@skybook.com and my direct extension # is 5103.

Thanks - I will call you by this weekend (once I have the money ready to make a deposit, of course)
