Don't ask them how many action points you need for your bonus when you're close. I accumulated 90% of my AP's, and contacted CS to see how much time I had to get the rest. Within a day, I began to lose so horribly that I couldn't pick up the remaining 10%. I didn't chase and I let my time expire for the bonus.
I still play there occasionally, although it's only with my AP's and the money I've won using them. I'll probably never make another deposit at Doyle's.

Just an update, I actually had a withdrawal credited to my Neteller acct in about 8 hrs.
It was my 3rd wd there. It does say on their site that the more times you make transactions, the faster they are processed. Why? Who knows.
