I joined bowmans spotsbook and have heard good things about there poker room, i downloaded the software and i keep getting a message {unable to connect, Boss media software already running}i dont understand why. I dont believe i have any other boss media software downloaded and i am not even allowed to get to the sign in screen with bowmans poker. All other poker rooms i have downloaded dont have any problems. I am convinced its a bossmedia software issue, has anyone had this problem and how can i fix it to play at bowmans poker??
yes i did , i think its got to do with my computer though. i downloaded aces poker before and i think they used the same software. i think its a boss media thing. does anyone use there software? i think its like empire and party poker, not being able to have two poker rooms with the same skin. but im unable to even log in. i called bowmans and was told to call back and talk to kevin today afte 4. my sportsbook account is fine. im sure its the software i just dont know what to look for.
