So I ask customer service if there is any type of award or jackpot...

Her answer "sir if you were at a real money table you would have won the pot"


I HIT A FRICKEN ROYAL FLUSH AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE OF JACKPOT OR ANYTHING


At least I won the POT THOUGH!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Poker room? I have heard of places paying like 10X the big blind or something to that extent.

I hit a Royal at the Bellagio a couple years ago and when I asked the dealer if I won anything he repled "The Pot".

I got one here in MN and got a free hat.

pokerroom.com sends out free polo shirts to ppl who hit royal flushes at their PLAY MONEY tables. or at least they used to. i got one a couple years ago. you just email them the hand #

I FLOPPED a ROYAL FLUSH a few months back and got nothing.

At some poker rooms, not only would you get a jackpot for the royal, but everyone else at your table would share in an extra jackpot as well. But I think someone else at the table has to 'qualify' for this to apply, meaning, have a straight or better, which loses to your royal. everywhere is different

I remember bad-beat jackpots usually it was aces full getting beat.
