Oh, will be with Mermaid..........she is a huge Drays fan!

Obviously, being the diehard Red Sox fan that I am, have lots of interest in this game.

Will be wearing my BOSOX attire proudly.

No idea, picking up comped tickets at the will call window.

But no matter, will probably sit in the beach area no matter what.

Take the Devil Rays. They keep beating the Yankees and keep being made a big home underdog to them anyway again and again

Skip the game and go out to Clearwater. Order a drink and watch it on TV.

I am currently posting from Clearwater Beach.

Took a 2 hour jog/walk on the beach lastnight with Mermaid........Mermaid has a beachfront residence, so therefore I like to spend time here.

Clearwater Beach is the nicest beach in the state of Florida. However, I dont like that turnaround for it reminds me of old timey Hilton Head. Unfortunately, the locals and cops have ran off most of the bar scene from the beach. Maybe the hotels wanted that so they could get action in their pubs and clubs.

Some cool bars near Bayfront and Drays stadium in downtown St. Pete, but dont take wrong turn for South St. Pete is a war zone.

The beach will get more action after all the bridge work is completed.

Yankees will cover tonight since they arent -300. :lolBIG:

I spent a prolonged period of time in Clearwater Fish. Adam's Mark and Sheraton hotels still there? Great area, I used to haunt the Porpoise Pub in Seminole as well.

suggestion: go sit next to the fat guy who yells at players and help him yell at Jeter and A Rod for a few innings.

further suggestion: don't embarass Mermaid by bringing her with you when you do this :nono5:

Fishhead wont embarrass me, I invited him!

He can wear his Bosox stuff, but should thank The D-rays for beating the Yanks 11 out of 15 games!

Loving Clearwater Beach! Feel like I am on vacation when I get off work.
Sadly the Adam's Mark closed last year due to structural damage caused by the hurricanes storm surge. I will miss the tiki hut and pool greatly
:sad3:
There are still some good little bars to go too, and I have my favs!:drink:

Fish,

Any plans to see the Sox next week? I'm going to Boston for a couple of the A's games, but I plan to be back to go to Monday night's game.

Yes, may catch at least one of the three games anyway.

...and I was the girl right beside him all dressed in my D-rays stuff with a beer in my hand
:drink:

It was pretty cool to see that ball heading toward you, until you realized the Yanks had a 3 run homer, and then it went downhill real fast and ugly!
The guy two rows in front caught it and they took his picture

That was indeed a fine Tiki Hut. There were usually some decent women there:hump: (except for one Gnome). Darren Daulton once made an appearance there as well.
