I have watched closely, as a very interested party, and have never found any evidence of anyone being prosecuted "as a player" anywhere in the U.S. --- also
Texas.

Ironic that the biggest internet gambling industry is probably online "Texas Hold'em".

I know I'm showing that I'm green here, but I didn't know who Charlie T. was, so I 'Googled' him, and 2 of the top 4 hits were RX forum references to him. Apparently, he was an allegedly 'crooked' sportsbook owner? And he has 40 posts on the RX? Anything more to this mysterious figure?
