This is a cool hypothetical thought I had last night about which current or former or dead past athlete would make the best poker player. I for one would like former Cardinal Manager Whitey Herzog as not only he would be agressive but unpredictable. Another 2 guys would be former 49ers quarterback Joe Montana and current Pats quarterback Tom Brady. These two guys are and were so cool under pressure that they undoubtedly would have great poker faces and be difficult to read as well as cool enough to make the tough calls on bluffs. Who would choose?
