Arizona pitcher pitching a mater piece into the top of the 8th. First and Thrid one out and he BALKS in teing run!! WTF was this guy thinkin?

that was really odd, i think he saw the runner going out of the corner of his eye and just froze.

It just seems that something happens in almost "ALL" close baseball games in the 8th or 9th?
