Let me set the table by saying I have been using Firepay for about 4 years now and have never had a problem with them. I suspect $ 30,000 has been moved through Firepay in that time frame without any issues.

On 8/29, a $ 300 deposit I made through Firepay to Youwager.com was returned for uncollected funds. The check was redeposited and cleared within 2 days and my account with Firepay is open and without any limitations.

In the meantime, I had won $ 1,525 at Youwager. They kept my winnings, were rude to me, said I cannot gamble by passing a bad check and even said the only reason I covered the check was because I won. Total and absolute fabricated nonsense on their part. They even accused me of changing my story several times when I had absolutely no reason to.

Anyhow, they eventually refunded my $ 300 but did keep my $ 1,525 in winnings. They said they considered all action made with these funds "no action".

Here is my question. Has anyone else had a similiar situation except instead of winning, they lost. And if they lost, did youwager.com return your money and call your losing action "no action"? I suspect not.

Willie99, welcome to the Rx.. Personally I am not sure if you even want assistance and if you do there may not be much to be done, seeing as your check did not clear (initially) for one reason or another. Feel free to contact me at wilheim@therx.com..

Will, I'm responding to this as a gambler . I know nothing bout Firepay, but if a book accepts a deposit from a provider than it shouldn't matter. Like Netellers Instacash, if a deposit is made from my checking account and no funds are in there my bank covers the fees and I get a penalty. Not sure how Firepay works maybe someone can educate me on this system. BUT if ANYONE had the same situation and lost and their funds were kept by FF needs to speak up here. Also if FF is not credited the correct time on your deposit no matter the situation all bets should be void. Its not a credit play. Tough call Will here, although I do believe if you wager and lose you should pay them too. I'm confused on this. Maybe others can help!

lol, Lander, NO I actually see a great shop that takes care of their loyal customers. I'm not up there so I don't know how it feels to be treated like a winner there like you.
