The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office pulled-over the 38-year-old near Busch Boulevard and Linebaugh Avenue around 2:30 this morning. He's currently in the Orient Road jail.

An arrest report shows his blood alcohol content registered .10. The legal limit is .08. Jay Gruden is currently coaching Orlando's Arena Football team, the Predators.

Basically the only thing I did, and got charged with BATTERY on a POLICE OFFICER!

Spent 17 hours in the slammer and dished out $4,000 total in fines, court costs, and lawyer fees for a criminal charge that I was 100% innocent of.

Never agree to a breathalyzer or a blood test; especially if they give you a roadside sobriety test first and you do pretty well. That goes double if that test is being videotaped.

The Tampa Bay Storm is the Arena Football team, Jay used to the Q/B. He has been the head coach (and Q/B) the Orlando team before Jon came to the Bucs.

Tampa is in Hillsborough, Tampa is a city.
You are familiar with places in America other than your own right? ;)

.10

Man, my BAC probably registers 0.10 when I'm in the same county as my brother-in-law.

At least get him on a .18 or something.
