If they call again, save the voice mail and send the details to the FCC. If that doesn't work (or if it takes forever for the FCC to react) , go to your cell phone company and tell them you love the phone so much you want one of the free ones they offer to people with multiple phones. Then forward all the calls from the old phone to a fax machine.
