Why Did Zack Duke Leave in the 5th?

Why did Zach Duke leave after only 4 innings when they are playing a double header? Are they trying to fatigue the bullpen? He only gave up 1 run at that point.

just cam off DL, and ,most likely on a pitch count!!!

He hasn't pitched in a month. I'm sure there was some kind of pitch count involved. I'm surprised an expert gambler like yourself wouldn't know about something like that.:drink:

Hell no man, no problem. I was just amazed at your consistency - once a month or so, like clockwork, on that particular subject!! Besides, if I let things piss me off in that forum, I'd be one unhappy dude, it can get pretty personal over there!! Good luck tonight:toast:

Big deal, he had a sprained ankle. It's not like it was a shoulder/arm injury.

I just noticed in Dawoofdaddy's thread you said take the Raiders this week...was wondering what your angle is on that one. True, Chiefs seem like almost too obvious of a pick, but sometimes the obvious pick is the correct one. Thanks for any info you can give me.

Levistep is OK, he wants winners also.

My angle on the Raiders is that they actually played the run defense real well against the PAtriots forthe first game of the year. I think you are going to see a strong run defense from the Raiders this year. I also think Moss and Porter have not even gotten close to how loose they are going to get!! And remember the Raiders were matching scores until the end, The Raiders are AFC most improved team this year. The key is the defense, and they put Sapp back in his better position. I also like the angle that anyone having to face the SB Champs on the road week 1 and get 10 days to prepare after that!!!!
