Best defense in college foots

Could it be? The return of the Nebraska Blackshirts?

They're 2-0 so far this year, and by THEY, I do mean the defense--since they obviously have no offense whatsoever.

Can we get them against a good offense first? Three home games against mediocre or lousy teams doesn't prove much.

I really think Iowa st. is going to really put a hurting on them unless they can really get alot of turnovers....I really though the offense would be better by now...2nd half against Wake it looked alright now its gone to crap again. Ridiculous.

I absolutely love Bama's defense. Still kicking myself for not playing them yesterday against SoCar. Fla-Bama is going to be a heck of a game.

Watching that Pitt-Nebraska game yesterday was awful. Those teams are horrible. Three washed up NFL coaches(Wannstedt and Cavanaugh for Pitt and Callahan for Nebraska) still laughing every time they receive a paycheck as they are clueless. If I had a nickel for every time those teams threw the ball on 1st down, I'd have about 15 cents. Run on 1st, run on 2nd and pass on 3rd down. I can't imagine why those defenses looked good. My 5 year old's flag football team might have held those offenses down as well.

Agree playing calling was just like being scripted.

But one thing i liked about that game the total was NEVER in doubt, as it was one of very few that actually stayed under yesterday.
I thought it was an easy total to handicap as neither team has any offense and Both defenses are really quite good. JMO
