Hi. I am trying to use my AMEX card since I have an open line. WU has shut me down so I am running out of options. Please email me
if you know of any books taking AMEX these days.

I may be off but I thought AMEX blacklisted any use of its products for offshore gambling.

You can't use AMEX for gambling. AMEX doesn't want its card used in connection with gambling at all. Even if you went to a casino cage to try to use your AMEX you'd have no luck. There is no real way around it aside from doing cash advance but you can only take out 30% of your credit limit in cash which you pay interest daily and if you have a charge card no can do since you can't take cash out of it.
