I have had no problem the past 3 days placing wagers in excess of $1,000.........ones that were made online.
I do know that some others have been limited to $250, but it has not been the case with me.

I must admit that before you guys popped up here that I noticed your ad in one of the preseason football publications and I thought the advertising was very catchy and unique. I'm sorry I was harsh on you guys but I was very pissed at the time. The rules are the rules and I choose not to play by them but I hold no ill will and hope you guys make it big.

Thanks for the reply. I do understand technical problems happen and would have understood if I had been told that. However, I was made to feel that I was the one being impatient as I should expect delays at that time. The girl that answered the phone said "what website are you on?" I asked why are you handling more than one. She said no only nine.com. I then asked the supervisor the same question and he said you were handling 5 websites. Is there a reason the girl couldn't be honest and tell me there were 5 sites being run from that office? I wish you guys luck.

Jacks: Someone telling you to be patient on a Saturday morning is unacceptable. I can tell you this....I have been around the business and Nine.com has the best customer service I have seen. The problem is you didn't see it and that's a shame. There's always the lowest common denominator and I guess you found her? We have a number of brands and are trying to consolidate some of them to eliminate exactly the type of confusion you encountered. I don't think anyone intentionally "lied" to you and I wish we could turn back the clock and fix it for you sir.
