I just recently cashed out of Bodog and am about to put my money in another book. In Bodog, they just did a direct deposit from my banking account to my Bodog account. In my new book, I am told I need to use Netteller to put money in my account.
Could someone please explain the whole thing to me in simple steps? Do I go ahead and sign up at the sportsbook before the netteller? how much money does it cost? etc..
Any help appreciated. Never done this before.

You will want to login to neteller and transfer money from your bank account to your neteller account through EFT. This will take a few days. Once this transaction is complete, go to the book and do a deposit through neteller (not neteller instacash). The book will then take the money right from your neteller account immediately. Good luck.

If you currently do not have a neteller account - go to neteller.com and sign up for one. You will have to then link your banking account to your neteller account. All of this is explained on their site and is very easy to do.

Again, Neteller appears to be down currently.

Do not get frustrated, this is a relatively rare occurrance for them over the years. Although it seems they have been experiencing more than their normal share of downtime the past couple months.

Thanks for everything guys...

My main problem was I thought it was netteller.com with two "t's". But it does appear to be down.

SEC, you should also be advised that Neteller will charge you a 8.9% fee when depositing.

That is precisely why one should make there INITIAL deposit offshore directly with a sportsbook..........then move your money around FREE of charge to and from sportsbooks, as well as to your bank account for FREE using Neteller.

Neteller is a GREAT source and with due intelligence one should rarely, if at anytime, incur any fees whatsoever.

I don't remember being charged a 9% fee from neteller except when using instacash. Though it has been a long while since my initial deposit. I know that they have not charge fees on EFT's to and from on any tranasctions I have made recently. If you link your bank account to your neteller account and use the standard EFT deposit (takes a few days) you will not be charged any fees. (Unless they charge you on your initial deposit??)

Instacash is what i was referring to. Charges 8.9% on deposits but your money is available to transfer right away. EFTs are free but takes 4-5 buisness days to post.

I have found the standard EFT's to be somewhat faster. 2-3 days when depositing and 1-2 days when withdrawing. I've never waited more than 2 business days for a withdrawal. No way would I pay the 9% unless it was absolutely necessary. GL SECPlayer :toast:
