What the $&*# is up w/ Customer Service?

Does ANYONE believe in good CS anymore? I just attempted to order Vonage phone service...my goodness......should have been easy but is it, NEVER!

Tried adding second line for fax that we have.......you'd think it was rocket science......man i am frustarted...no matter where i go the CS Always sucks!

Vonage CS is TERRIBLE. I was going to order it but it wasn't available in my area. The CS still tried to give it to me although my home number would be an out of the area number so anybody that called me here in my local area - it would be a long distance call for them. It took me forever to get this out of him (he didn't want to tell me this). All he kept telling me was"if you don't like the service, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund". Of course, he didn't speak English well. Try www.myphonecompany.com - much better experience there evn though I ended up cancelling my service (they gave me a full refund, no hassles).

Doctors, now there is an industry with absolutely no CS service. I messed up my neck surfing 2 years ago and they still have not diagnosed the problem. Stop, I don't even want to start.
