This will be the worst collapse in baseball history. No doubt Guillen should be fired if they don't make the playoffs.

Ozzie said yesterday that he would quit if the White Sox won the WS. The media has been too tough on him lately. I think he has been taking Dusty Baker Media 101 courses.

I would fire Kenny Williams, they knew they had no hitting. They got nobody, I'd settle for Jose Canseco, Chris Sabo or Danny Tartabull at this point.

I said after 2 months of the season that the White Sox were winning with smoke and mirrors. I predicted that they would fall apart at some point but I didn't think it would be this late. This team feasted on a poor division(which includes the Indians for the 1st 2 months). They were winning every 1 run game and catching every break possible. The truth is that this team flat out cannot hit. Kenny Williams need to go get a bat at the trade deadline but he screwed the pooch on that one. They cannot and will not beat any of the teams that make the playoffs(if they hold on).

Team leader in hitting:

Scott Posednik .287 0 HRS 24 RBIs

I was so close to fading them everyday after the break, them and the Nats...didn't stick with my plan.

1-run games:
White Sox 33-17
Cleveland 21-31

Cleveland is having an absolutely amazing season considering they can't win a 1-run game. They are 90-63, yet they are 21-31 in 1-run games. This team should be leading the division by 10 games!

You hit the nail right on the head. I never saw a team get so many breaks time after time the first part of the season. The claim to play small ball but they rely on the homerun.Kenny Williams should have done anything possible to get what he needed to try and get the ring for this team, instead all he adds is Blum LOL. I love it Bye Bye Whitesox :howdy:
