This weather will certainly favor Glendon Rusch. He has been plagued by the long ball all year. With the wind blowing in and it being chilly I would take the Cubs. I would also bet the under if it is 8 or higher(still not listed at pinny).

The Cubs were a 4-1 winner with this same pitching matchup on May 24th in Chicago and a 12-4 loser with same matchup in Houston on August 15th. I just don't think Houston can hit the ball well enogh without the home run ball to score enough runs.

I agree with Mr. Potter. Living here in Chicago it is chilly though I have not seen much wind but live in suburbs and know wind still can be strong off the lake. Also, feel Houston could be getting a little road weary. Cubs have done well not only vs Cards but also Astros. Cubs and under seem to be the play in this one.
