I've been playing poker for 3 hours. I have 132 raked hands. The smallest game I played in was 50c/$1.00. I tried to join a tourney and it keeps telling me I don't qualify which is impossible. I just need 100 raked hands at 25c or more.
I called to ask what the problem is and the girl is clueless. I've explained it 5 times and she keeps saying I don't qualify. "What's on the front page doesn't match up with what I actually did." She's telling me I had 0 raked hands for 3 hours.
Why can't they get people who understand what's going on?
