Is Skybook crazy or just mad that I won?

I reloaded my Skybook account over 6 months ago with a Western Union deposit and now they are telling me that, according to their rules, the only way to withdraw funds (now over 10k with winnings) is back thru Western Union. Is this ridiculaous or what? They agreed to make an "exception" and give me some in a check (which they charged me $50 for), but are now want me to take the last 5k via Western Union. I even tried to transfer the funds to my Pinnacle account and the transaction was denied.

Anyone ever seen anything like this at this or another book?

I am totally unaware of your situation. However, you have my promise that I will get with upper management either tonight or first thing in the morning in order to resolve your issue promptly. p.s., I can assure you that nobody is upset that you have won. We have never and will never treat anyone at Rio/Skybook differently because they won any sum of money.
