What are your thoughts on former clients getting together and suing a tout service? Does anyone really think the clients could win?

for what? bad advice? if so - tons of people wouls sue everyday - or rather - tons more then do now

What exactly would you be suing for? Bad advice? not likely. For losing money? Can't sue a casino for that, so probably not a tout.

For lying/misrepresenting something, like their success records? ABSOLUTELY. For a class action suit to work, y'all would have to prove that y'all relied on their B.S., the B.S. caused you to use their services, their B.S. was false, and that their B.S. directly caused you to lose money. Not easy to prove, but definitely doable.
