Damn that is true Fishhead. Let's not lose sight of that.

We are just so blessed to have these two in the lineup. Just so so blessed and lucky.

He's so good it's almost like cheating. Like knowing what cards everyone else has at the poker table.

How much would Steinbrenner pay Big Papi a year just to sit him on the bench and keep him out of Boston's lineup? Best $5 million player in baseball, no doubt about it.

They were saying on ESPN's Mike and Mike show, this is going to be the best final week of regular season baseball in quite some time.

If one of them doesn't beat out Cleveland though the playoffs will be a bit of a letdown. Lets face it last year's ALCS was one of the greatest series ever in history. If these two teams don't play again in a couple of weeks its not going to be half as interesting for the average fan. Especially since almost all the teams in the postseason won't even change.

First, we got Stanton...any way we can rent Pedro for the weekend? Second, is there any way this doesn't come down to Monday at Yankee Stadium. These teams always go until the bitter end. And third, anyone know what time the game would be Monday. I thought I heard 2:05 but I can't believe they wouldn't put it prime time. I will be at a Pearl Jam concert that night with my wife. Let me tell you how happy I am about this.

I was at Kenmore Square at around 6:45 pm today and it was just something else to walk around and see how pumped all the fans were. People were pumped and shouting and jumping around. You could just feel the electricity in the air.

I work near there and never have I seen the fans so jacked for a regular season game.

The Yankee games aren't as fun because there are always these fat, obnoxious, moronic New Yorkers hanging around like someone owes them money. I am serious when I say that the women and the kids are not as carefree with those morons around and it just spoils the mood.
