Has anyone here qualified for this or even tried?

There are a lot of free contests to get there via racetracks and sites like TVG

There is a free qualifier closing tonight at the Meadowlands, you can go to Big M website to enter.

Pretty sweet because you can win $$ just trying to qualify. Best I ever did was made it to LV one year, but a friend of mine knocked me from 9th to 21st by switching a play on me back when the top 20 was getting paid

FYI - Finals are at Bally's Las Vegas, on Jan. 27-28, 2006, purse is $500K with $225K to the winner.

I damn near qualified for the 2005 NHC. I made one wrong decision which put me fourth instead of first; only the top three qualified.

I went to Meadowlands website, didn't see anything about the contest. I've been trying to qualify at Laurel since it started.

And so it goes......

I usually play in the Delaware Park contests in the summer/fall. Best finish is 10th place.. Still trying to make Vegas.

It's called the Survival Challenge, under the handicapping menu
