Yankees Red Sox question

I have some money on Yankees to win Al East and another bet on Red Sox to win AL EASt. If Red Sox win tomorrow they will have the same record. There will be no playoff since both teams will be in the playoffs. What is the tie breaker used to determine who is the Al East champion and who is the wild card?

I am wondering if its possible for me to win both bets? With no playoff and a tie are they co-champions?

Yankees already WON the AL EAST today
If the Red Sox get in, they are getting in on the WILD CARD
