I used their online check option (Nexum) which they encourage you to use. The deposit went through weeks ago with no problems.I have used Nexum many times at other sportsbookks with no problems and no IDs required. I think they have my SSN when you use the check option anyways. I have had to send IDs to a few other sportsbooks in the past also but do find it a big pain in the butt. I don't have a fax machine or copier and I don't like running around.
It's really not that big a deal to me. I just reacted when they suspended my account and thought WTF is going on. Sportsbooks have the right to implement whatever rules they wish. If I think it is worth playing there then I will just comply.I like the book overall but I certainly have many other options too.

I've been with Nine.com for a couple of months now. Tomorrow I will be making my 4th payout request (they allow 1 free Neteller per week). My previous 3 were all in my Neteller account within 45 minutes of my request. On Tuesday's they offer 5% juice and as previously stated Friday's they offer a free half point. I believe both of these are for a maximum of $200 per play. They seem like an excellent book for smaller players.

Yesterday, I went to log into my account and the message was that it was "suspended". I called to ask why and they said it was because they didn't receive a picture ID.
I told them that was already sent to Citadel in order to approve check deposits. Additionally, I wanted to know why they needed this if I didn't even request a withdrawl. They said it was policy and I couldn't view my account activity or details. This was absolutely absurd. I had to contact their security department today to let them know that it was inconvenient to have to fax my ID to Costa Rica (I don't like sending my drivers license to another country). After numerous discussions, they agreed to unsuspend my account til early next week only if I fax the ID. Their poker room was also terrible.
I would never ever redeposit at this low level sportsbook again. BIG MISTAKE.

BUT - shortly after I joined I recommended a friend, older guy who plays mostly horses, and has no pc. And that he would post up with a credit card, as he did with the only other book he has, WagerWeb. I told all this to cs rep Anthony, and he said "No Problem."
When my friend posted with his credit card, he was not told anything about sending a pic of his credit card. If there was a problem with it, HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AT THAT TIME!
He does not want to send a pic of his cc or driver's licence to Costa Rica. I don't blame him, he should have been told this when he called in. I tried to call Anthony today, but he was supposed gone already. I'll try tomorrow and get back here with the results.
