I went to make a withdrawal Via neteller tonight....the CS person said not a problem it will be done instantly...then she said...Sir? if you wait until tommorrow at 9am its FREE once a month...

They said I did not have to re-request my funds they will just do it tommorrow and ill save the fee

NOW that is a sign of a GREAT book

I always just IM them on live chat, have not tried emailing them yet for me its easier then Emailing and quicker....Either talk to Laura or becky...both seem very knowledgeable at least when I talked to them

i must have done something to piss them off... They are even treating me shitty on LiveChat.

ftr, i have always been a HUGE fan of 5Dimes.. Anyone can search any of the main forums to verify this..

I agree with you, even though I think Wil was just pulling your leg $25 saved is $25 earned. For them to suggest that and remind you to save the charge shows me a lot. Always had good luck at this place when it comes to CS.

Hope you get it worked out Uncle, if not see if Tony is around today and he will make it happen for ya.
