I want to thank Bill Dozer of Sportsbookreview.com and Roberto of Theoffshorewire.com for helping me in my struggle to resolve my three year dispute with the Betus.com group. These two great guys continued to push when others had failed or given up hope of helping me get paid. From the bottom of my heart and in words I can't express enough I just want to say THANK YOU to both of you for all that you have done for me. It is something that I will be thankful for forever.
As many of you know I have posted about my ordeal with Betus.com since July of 2002. Mike Foreman of Betus.com has been influential in helping to bring this long dispute to an end. It appears that an agreement is imminent and that a deal is to be finalized in the next few days.
Thanks to everyone at and involved with the RX for all your continued support.

Good to hear. Hopefully you aren't jumping the gun, but you've obviously heard something that makes you quite confident that your persistence has finally paid off.

Congratulations! ( hopefully not jumping the gun )

I hope borderline books take note that atempting to screw a player is a bad way to build their business. Word will spread and it will cost you in the long run ---- expand your vision into the future, treat players fairly, and get rich!

Hooray! For the assistance from the people who applied pressure, tirelessly,
to get things " right ". ! This was a long battle.

Bill Dozer is the best in the business when it comes to mediation. He helped mediate my case with Bet Us to a successful conclusion. Mike Foreman of Bet Us is truly trying to change the image of Bet Us. I believe that this company deserves a second look. MFG has fought hard on this issue for many months and I am happy things worked out for him.

MFG, I hope the deal is not for you to post up any more money and roll it over a million times. You shouldn't have to post up any money, period.

Exactly...any "settlement" requiring more post up money is a complete joke.

Yes a little over 3 years Journey. I will be posting the agreement when it is signed, sealed, and delivered.

Truth. I agree with you. All along I felt and voiced the fact that I should of been paid 25k a long time ago. Unfortunately I had to make some concessions.

Clip, thanks for your support. I think I did the best I could on this deal. Them just giving me the 25k was not an option to them.:monsters-
I'm just hoping the end result will net me more than the 25k I feel I should of gotten a long time ago.

You posted up more money out of pocket for an attempt to get your money that they owe you???

Please tell me that isn't part of this settlement. That is ridiculous.
